All of the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the UK.

All of our employees are subject to obligations of confidentiality regarding information which they have access to in the course of their employment including the personal information of customers. All personal information is held in secure computer storage facilities and paper-based files located in a secure facility. How long we keep it

If you are just enquiring about a product:

We retain your personal data so that we are able to inform you of our latest availability and offers that fit your requirements. We will keep your basic personal data for a period of 1 year or until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information, after which time it will be destroyed.

If you are ordering a product with us:

We are required to keep your data for 1 year after your order date in order to fulfil any warranty or guarantee periods.

Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

Whilst we do not store any sensitive payment information (including card or bank details), we are required to keep financial records for a period of 5 years for the purposes of accounting.

What are your rights?

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us and we will investigate the matter.
