My apologies, but I can't remember the name of the gentleman that I spoke to last on the issues we had with this order, but I just wanted to say thank you to whoever it was for being as good as your word, getting the "cam-less" lock picked up quickly, and the "correct" lock ordered and delivered. The replacement lock arrived the next day, and is now fitted and working, so in the end it was a positive experience.

Hi Folks,
I felt I must drop a line regarding my dealings with MPL this morning. Following a visit from Billy Burglar overnight, we discovered that he had broken the lock on our rear uPVC door and the handle as well. Not only that but a set of house keys were stolen in the theft.
Fortunately one call to Graham at the office and MPL swung into action. Within no time a lovely young lad called Greg arrived at the house and with the minimum of fuss replaced the broken handles and lock in the rear door, he also changed the barrel in the front door and rear patio doors. Our elderly neighbours have been shocked by this burglary and had already had what they described as a door mechanic come out to assess a stiff lock and he quoted them for a new door. We asked Greg to have a look at the lock and he quickly but their minds at ease by advising just a new barrel was required, this will be a job to do shortly.
Overall the whole process was very impressive, the crash course on how to measure a lock right through to the fitting of new ones, we shall sleep safely tonight. Just a final word regarding Greg, what a well turned out and polite young man, he is a credit to his family as well as to MPL. Please feel free to copy this email to his personal record.

Once again I find myself penning a note of thanks to everyone at MPL. Last weekend Billy burglar paid an unscheduled visit to my elderly fathers hours where he broke the handle and lock on the rear uPvc door.
Having effected a makeshift repair, a call was made to MPL on the Monday morning, thanks to the excellent measuring guide on the website, I was already in possession of the handle required to effect a proper repair. I feel privileged to have had boss Graham attend to the job personally. There is little wonder MPL is progressing so well as a company. Graham epitomises everything that is good about MPL. A completely hassle free repair followed, hopefully I can convince the neighbours to get in touch to have replacement handles and locks, as this experience has undoubtedly unnerved them.
I have advised them what a simple call to MPL will invoke.
